The Municipality of Ogden has undertaken a five-year strategic planning process for the period 2025-2030. This participatory approach was carried out by the Municipality and its citizens, supported by the firm Espace Stratégies.

The strategic plan is the result of citizen consultation activities as well as strategic reflection work conducted with municipal councillors and the management team.
