As there are no municipal districts in Ogden, each member of the council represents all citizens of Ogden.
Mayor
Mr. David Lépine
maire@munogden.caMr. Lépine has been in Ogden since 1965, as an owner since 1977 and as a permanent resident since 2020. He contributed to the creation of the Ruisseau-Tomkin Natural Reserve. His priorities will be citizen services (roads, waste, snow removal, etc.), the protection of our natural environment and systematic oversight of development. Transparency and communication with citizens will be at the heart of his actions.

Position no. 1
Mr. Michael Sudlow
Mr. Sudlow is an avid traveller and veteran in municipal politics, having spent 32 years in the field. He is a retired educator with an engineering degree, and has spent 50 years in competitive long-distance running, which naturally leads him to seek more opportunities for local off-road public recreation to support a healthy lifestyle, and to make environmental protection a priority.
Position no. 2
Mr. Michel Lesage
Mr. Lesage has lived in Ogden for 10 years. A civil engineer who graduated from the École Polytechnique de l’Université de Montréal, he has, throughout his career, worked within various municipalities including Drummondville and Longueuil. Before running for the position of councillor, he was a citizen member of the municipality’s Urban Planning Advisory Committee. He wishes to put his experience at the service of Ogden’s citizens.

Mr. Gilbert Boileau
Mr. Boileau has worked in more than fifteen cities across North America as a leader of public and private companies. With recognized expertise in management and operational process improvement as well as in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and business start-ups, he has been a resident of Ogden for more than 20 years and intends to use his vast experience to actualize a sound and respectful vision for the Municipality of Ogden.

Position no. 5
Mrs. Claudette Dupras
Mrs. Dupras has more than 25 years of experience in organizing international meetings and events for both multinational corporations and Canadian non-profit organizations. She taught at John Abbott College for eight years in the logistics and event management program.
Position no. 6
Mr. Robert Dubois
Mr. Dubois was born in Ogden and has always been part of this community. His professional experiences as an industrial mechanic, industrial engineer and project manager have allowed him to further appreciate communication and teamwork, while giving him the opportunity to collaborate with people from all walks of life. In his spare time, he enjoys nature, motorcycling and creating new memories with his family.
In accordance with the Law, the council adopted on April 13, 2026 a code of ethics and professional conduct for all its members.
All elected municipal officials have completed the mandatory training in municipal ethics and professional conduct, as well as the mandatory training on the role of municipal council members and the municipal system, as prescribed by law.
